Dr. Luis Sainz-Pardo is a well known individual coach and practice mentor, he specialises in helping overseas vets thrive in the UK veterinary market. Luis came to the UK 24 years ago, he has worked as an assistant, a locum and owned very successful practice which became a nurse training center and was the 9th practice in the UK to be awarded the BSAVA standards later on developing into RCVS Tier 2.
Regular speaker at national and international congresses and events, regular writer on the UK professional media and author of the book ‘El Inglés en la consulta veterinaria´ - (The English in the consulting room) Luis has helped hundreds of overseas colleagues from over 17 different countries to succeed in the UK.
Luis has now developed a two day course to provide you with all the insight you need to become a highly employable vet and thrive in the profession.

weetmanMalcolm Weetman

Malcolm Weetman qualified from the RVC in 1988, having also obtained an intercalated BSc in Immunology at UCL, London. He worked as an assistant for a number of years before setting up his own practice in Caterham, Surrey in 1994. Over 14 years, he developed this business in to a multisite practice with a flagship central hospital incorporating a large referral practice with on-site MRI. He sold this practice in 2008 and has since worked with most of the large veterinary companies, as well as with a major pharmaceutical firm (Pfizer/Zoetis). He currently works as a consultant as well as having several business and property interests.
